We are celebrating a very special milestone — Macall Hooper has officially been part of the Smith & Bailey Dental family for 10 YEARS! 🦷✨

For an entire decade, Macall has been such an important part of our team. She always has a smile on her face that can light up any room. Her dedication, hard work, and genuine care for our patients have made a lasting impact on our practice, and we are incredibly thankful for everything she brings to S&B each day.

💙 A little about Macall:
Macall has been married to her husband, Joseph, for 6 years, and together they have two beautiful children — Kai, 5, and Hallie, 3 months. 🥰 When she’s not taking care of our patients, you can usually find her spending time with her family, at church, or cheering from the sidelines at the ball field! ⚾️

For the month of July, we’re excited to introduce Deborah, the smiling face who helps make the end of your visit smooth and stress free!!

She goes above and beyond to make sure every patient has a smooth checkout experience, understands their next steps, and feels valued.

Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude make a lasting impression on everyone she meets. Whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or helping patients navigate their treatment plans, Deborah does it all with professionalism and a genuine smile.

Please help us welcome Dr. Carson Tate to the Smith & Bailey Dental family! 🦷

Starting June 29th, Dr. Tate will be caring for patients and bringing his passion for personalized, compassionate dentistry to our community. A graduate of Auburn University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry, Dr. Tate is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for at every visit.

When he's not creating healthy smiles, you can find him fishing, golfing, snow skiing, or spending time with his wife, Elise, and their dog, Harper.

For the month of May, we’re shining the spotlight on an amazing member of our team! 🦷💙

Meet Kenzi 🌸🤍 Her primary position is the Sterilization Tech, but you may also see her assisting Dr Bailey from time to time!

She brings kindness, compassion, and she’s a wonderful team player. She always helps out wherever she is needed and always with a smile on her face. We are so thankful to have her as part of our dental family!
