Before & after entering a road profile in Agtek... it just needs a little finesse!

The first image shows the raw centerline and cul-de-sac wrap around entered using Agtek's profile tool — a key step to ensuring your roadway follows the designed vertical alignment.

The second image? That’s the payoff: clean shoulders, ditches, and a surface model that’s ready for machines or rovers in the field.

2024 is here, and with a large backlog, we are looking for more teammates to join us. 2023 was a great year, with an abnormally dry year, our team churned through the work at record pace. 2023 was just the appetizer, 2024 is the main course!
We are looking for ambitious teammates who live for anything Pipe. From deep Sanitary, complicated tie-ins, intricate SWM's to water services, and everything in between, we do it all!

Experience:
Foreman: 5 years in the role as wet utility foreman, and knowledge of regional jurisdictional requirements. Full understanding of Sanitary, Storm, SWM, and Water installation in Northern VA region.
Excellent documentation skills, and experience with HeavyJob or equivalent is a plus.
Mainline Excavator Operator: 2 Years as Mainline Excavator Operator, understanding of Soil Types and sloping/ shoring methods required.
Pipe Layer: 2 Years as Pipe Layer, ability to establish and maintain Elevation from optical level and cut sheets, set up line and grade, verify and maintain design grades throughout pipe installation.
Tail man: 1 Year as Tail man installing wet utilities.
Top man: 1 Year as Top man. Understand the process, have tools and materials ready for pipe installation without direction. Experience/ ability to operate wheel loader is a plus.
Loader Operator: 5 years operating a track loader, material management, and structural fills.

Recently TJT Corporation completed Banbury Cross Phase B, located in Middleburg, Viriginia. This project consisted of 15 Lots over 20 acres. The design required 53,200 CY of excavation, 15,000 CY of which was blasted rock. We laid 6,200 TN of stone base for 9,200 SY of asphalt and installed a 30,000 gallon fire tank. Although we are excellent at installing water and sanitary utilities, our team loved moving dirt around this wide-open, out in the country project.

TJT Corporation is a growing full-service Site Development Contractor Located in Purcellville VA. We are currently seeking another Mechanic to add to our team. Work primarily work in Shop, and Some Field work. Our projects are in the Northern Virginia region. We are open to entry level with basic mechanical skills as well as experienced mechanics. Position will be maintaining Heavy Equipment, Heavy Trucks, Pickups, and small engine equipment.

Repair and Maintain Fleet of Heavy Equipment and Trucks, that vary from small engines, Pickups - Dump Trucks & Low Boys, Skid Steers - Large Excavators. Minor repairs and scheduled maintenance though trouble shooting, and major component rebuilds.
In the field & In the shop work.

Full time 40+ hours per week.

We are accepting applications from seasoned mechanics, as well as apprentice level, but all applicants must have basic mechanical knowledge.
