Feeling a little nervous about your root canal? You’re not alone and we’re here to help.

Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is a safe and effective option to help patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during treatment. It works quickly, wears off fast, and allows you to return to your normal day afterward in most cases.

Your comfort is our priority. If dental anxiety has been keeping you from getting the care you need, ask us if laughing gas is right for you!

Tooth #30
Diagnosis: Previously Treated Tooth with Asymptomatic Apical Periodontitis

These canals proved to be significantly calcified in the apical third, requiring careful negotiation under magnification. Despite the complexity, all canals were successfully negotiated to the apex, allowing for thorough cleaning, shaping, and obturation.

The patient traveled a significant distance to our office, so treatment was completed in a single visit to minimize additional travel and provide efficient care.

Tooth: 15
Diagnosis: Pulp Necrosis and Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis

This patient presented with recurrent caries and significant cold sensitivity causing pain that had progressed to the point of disrupting sleep. Clinical and radiographic evaluation revealed pulp necrosis and symptomatic apical periodontitis.

Following diagnosis, root canal therapy was completed in a single visit. The patient experienced resolution of symptoms following treatment and was able to return to normal function pain free!

Teeth: #30 & #31

A successful one-year follow-up ✨

Teeth 30 and 31 presented with asymptomatic apical periodontitis and large periapical radiolucencies associated with previously treated root canals.

Post op xray showed a small lateral canal filled with obturation material which explains the extensive bone loss along the root.

Following retreatment, both teeth demonstrated complete healing of the periapical radiolucencies at the one-year recall appointment.

We love a success story!
