From Blank Space to a Fearless Smile! 🎶
Meet Ava! When she first started Phase 1 treatment, she was feeling a little nervous about her smile. Fast forward to today, and the transformation is amazing.

She’s feeling so confident now that she even promised Dr. Minh some Taylor Swift tickets in the future! (We’re holding you to that, Ava! 😉) 🎫🎤

Why Phase 1?
Beyond the beautiful new profile, one of ten features of an Excelsior Smile, correcting the alignment of upper teeth is crucial for:
• Aesthetic Balance: Aligning the smile with the facial profile.
• Trauma Prevention: Tucking in those front teeth to protect them from accidental bumps or falls.

What’s next?
We’ll continue to observe Ava’s growth until she’s ready for Phase 2, where we will address all 10 features of an Excelsior Smile for a perfect finish!

Today we celebrated Lincoln’s Phase 1 smile reveal, and we were truly thrilled to work with him throughout this journey. His mom originally brought both kids in “just to check,” and during the evaluation we noticed a few signs that early treatment would make a big difference.

What we saw:
✔️ Anterior crossbite
✔️ Early crowding
✔️ Narrow upper jaw
✔️ Growth pattern needing guidance

What we corrected:
✔️ Expanded the upper jaw
✔️ Improved bite and jaw position
✔️ Aligned teeth for better function
✔️ Built a strong foundation for an easier Phase 2 later

Lincoln did an amazing job wearing his appliances and elastics exactly as instructed, and the results show. Starting at the perfect age means he’s now set up for healthier development, a more stable bite, and an even better outcome when his adult teeth come in.

We’re proud of you, Lincoln — the future smile is already looking bright. Onward and ever upward.
