ATTENTION EVERYONE! In case you were not aware, or thought these guys were ‘just ok’, I can tell you, personally and first-hand, that Platinum’s Endo team is FIRE 🔥
Was I happy that years ago my toddler head-butted my face, killed my tooth and made me need a root canal? No.
Was I happy that it now needed to be re-treated? No.
Am I happy now? YES!
I can honestly say I had the best experience EVER with these girls and Dr. Franco. They together are a flawless machine! Dr. Franco with his scope did immaculate work. Perfect injections. Precision file work. The girls didn’t let me swallow one drop of water or even my own spit 😂
The whole time they checked in with me, asked if I was OK, comfortable, etc. And little things ‘we have about 15 min left’ and then ‘3 more minutes until you are outta this chair’. They probably don’t even realize how nice that is because when you’re the patient you just have no idea where in the process they are, and they just kept me really informed and happy!
I could see my before and after x-ray and it was OBVIOUS that Dr Franco is a root canal magician. It is nice to feel so confident in the work that was done. 10/10, 5 stars. two thumbs up, alllll the good things for this team. Zero pain, all gain, and total spa vibes the whole time ✨
Would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs a root canal! The equipment matters! The material matters! And the people taking care of you matter so if you need one done, make sure you get it done right!
