🍓 Flavored Yogurt — Some varieties contain several teaspoons of added sugar.

🥣 Breakfast Cereals — Even colorful, kid-friendly cereals can be loaded with sugar.

🧃 Fruit Juice — Even 100% juice contains naturally occurring sugars that can contribute to cavities when consumed frequently.

🍫 Granola Bars — Some contain as much added sugar as a sweet treat!

❌ Not necessarily.

Bleeding can happen when gums are irritated or inflamed. Continue gentle brushing and appropriate cleaning between the teeth rather than aggressively scrubbing or simply avoiding the area.
