From June 1st – July 31st, every patient family who refers a new patient to our practice will be automatically entered to win Universal tickets for their immediate family.

The Fine Print:
Contest runs June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026. Every existing patient family that provides a new patient referral during the contest period will receive one entry per referred new patient. New patients must be seen within the contest time frame and must mention the referring family’s name at the time the appointment is scheduled to qualify. Winners will receive Universal tickets for their immediate family up to a max of 6 tickets. No cash value. Contest subject to change or cancellation at provider discretion.
