Five year prognosis of a molar implant at #30 site that was used as an anchorage implant for traditional orthodontic treatment. Patient further underwent full mouth rehabilitation with the help of periodontal procedures, such as cosmetic crown lengthening procedure.

1-March 2020 implant placement
2-September 2020 orthodontic treatment activation
