To our wonderful patients, our team is taking our annual summer break to rest and recharge! Please note that our office will be closed from June 26th through July 12th.

If you are wanting to schedule an appointment please call us at 270-365-7244 and leave a voicemail with your name and appointment needs. We will call you as soon as we get back.

We will be back in the office and ready to see your smiles during our regular business hours on Monday, July 13th.
