Dr. Cowley was born and raised in Price, UT and his family has been in Carbon and Emery counties for over a century. Dr. Cowley is a Board Certified Orthodontist that has been in private practice for nearly a decade. Dr. Cowley always wanted to return home and he is ecstatic to be able to provide orthodontic treatment for future generations in Eastern Utah.
