🔍 What’s hiding under your old silver fillings?

Did you know that silver (amalgam) fillings can expand and contract over time with temperature changes? This often leads to micro-leaks, hidden decay, and even structural cracks in the tooth.
Swipe to see how we helped this patient! ➡️

• Before: A leaking, broken-down amalgam filling that was letting bacteria seep underneath.
• After: A beautiful, custom-fit porcelain crown that completely seals the tooth, protects it from fracturing, and blends in seamlessly.

Now, this tooth is fully restored, strong, and ready to chew comfortably for years to come!

✨ Did you know that pears are a tooth-friendly snack?
Here’s why they're good for your teeth:
✅ High in fiber – helps keep plaque away naturally
✅ Rich in water – keeps your mouth hydrated
✅ Low in acid – they are significantly less acidic than citrus fruits, causing less erosion to tooth enamel.

So next time you’re thinking of a snack or sweet treat, think of pears to keep your teeth happy, too!🦷 😁

April is oral cancer awareness month. The dentist is often the first healthcare professional to spot potential oral cancer during routine checkups. At our office, Dr. Oza checks for oral cancer at every hygiene visit to ensure our patients stay healthy.
