Take the quiz, we can help you! ❤️

Sleep apnea doesn't just affect the person who has it.

Restless nights, loud snoring, and constant fatigue can take a toll on relationships too — and "sleep divorce" (sleeping in separate rooms just to get through the night) is more common than most couples admit.

Getting evaluated and treated isn't just an investment in your own health. It's an investment in the people around you — and maybe even your bed back.

If someone in your life has mentioned your snoring or noticed you stop breathing during sleep, it may be worth taking that conversation seriously.
