Powell Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join the team of a well-known, highly respected doctor who has proudly served the Powell community for years.

Our practice is deeply rooted in the community we serve. We believe in building lasting relationships, giving back locally, and creating an environment where patients truly feel like family—not just another appointment on the schedule.

About Our Office:
We are a busy, established general dental practice with a strong focus on patient care, trust, and teamwork. Our doctor is known throughout the area for compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence. Our team works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

Position Responsibilities:
• Dental insurance verification and breakdowns
• Claim submission, follow-up, appeals, and rejections
• Clear communication of insurance and financial expectations to patients
• Treatment plan coordination and estimates
• Front office administrative support
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3+ years of dental insurance coordination experience
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and terminology
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Eaglesoft experience is a plus
• A team-oriented, dependable professional who values patient relationships

🕒 Position: Full-time
