Remember, if you’re experiencing pain in your mouth, it’s best to address it right away. At Pound Ridge Cosmetic Dentistry, we focus on prevention first, then restoration, however if a tooth is beyond saving, we are equipped for in-office extractions. No need to see a specialist.

Jaw tension caused by teeth grinding, over-active masseter muscles, or jaw clenching due to stress can lead to severe pain and discomfort along the jaw, called the temporomandibular joint, or TMJ, and beyond.
