This week, we are thrilled to honor and celebrate Katherine's incredible journey as our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Gretchen's as our Dental Assistant here at our dental office! 🌟
Let me tell you about Katherine:
Five years ago, Katherine joined our team, bringing with her a heart full of compassion, kindness, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to our patients. Her dedication and ability to connect with others have made her an invaluable asset to our practice. 💙
It's truly remarkable to witness the positive impact Katherine has had on our patients' lives. Many of you have shared countless stories about her warmth, attentiveness, and the genuine care she extends to each and every one of you. Your kind comments and appreciation serve as a testament to the remarkable person she is. 🙌
Prior to joining our dental office, Katherine served in the Navy, demonstrating her commitment to service and making a difference in people's lives. After taking time off to raise her kids, she made the courageous decision to embark on a new path in the dental field, even without prior experience. And let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions we ever made to bring her on board! 💪
Katherine's journey with us has been filled with growth, learning, and exceeding expectations. Her ability to adapt, embrace challenges, and continuously expand her knowledge and skills in dentistry has been nothing short of impressive. Now let's talk about Gretchen!
Two years ago, Gretchen embarked on a remarkable career transition, leaving her role as an executive assistant at the Kitsap History Museum to pursue her passion in dentistry. With her strong administrative background, she initially wanted to join the dental field as a receptionist, but her curiosity and eagerness to learn led her to discover the world of dental assisting. And boy, am I grateful for that! 💪
Gretchen's journey with us began when she applied to our office, despite having no prior dental experience. Her creative and determined personality caught our attention, and we knew she had the potential to become an exceptional dental assistant. From day one, she embraced new challenges without hesitation, demonstrating her incredible work ethic. 💙
As Gretchen stepped into her role as our only dental assistant, she quickly proved herself as a true asset to our team. Her ability to keep us on our toes, her genuine care for our patients, and her infectious/crazy/out-of-nowhere sense of humor have made every day in the office an absolute joy. She brings laughter, positivity, and a calming presence to our dental family. 😄
Gretchen's commitment to growth and learning has been truly inspiring. She has fearlessly tackled new procedures, expanded her knowledge, and honed her skills as a dental assistant. Her relentless pursuit of excellence is a testament to her character and dedication to providing exceptional care to our patients. 🌟
Interesting facts: The mural on the window in the front of the Kitsap History Museum was painted by hands by Gretchen. Also, if you see the painting of people on the side of the Admiral Theater in Bremerton, that's her work too! She is a super talented artist! You know that translates to dentistry, because her temporary crowns are crafted beautifully.
So this week we express our deepest gratitude to both Katherine and Gretchen for their outstanding contributions, kindness, and exceptional care. Thank you for being such an integral part of our dental family and for making a positive difference in the lives of our patients every single day. 🌟
