We are currently still accepting CHIP for existing patients (United Concordia, Blue Cross Dental). With the Department of Human Services taking over the Chip insurance some are getting confused as it is two separate insurance programs. Please make sure you are aware of what your child has when you call to make the appointment so we don't have to turn your child away when they come for their appointment or you don't end up with an unexpected bill! We also do not accept any form of Medicaid insurance. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call the office. Thank you!

Fellows and Smink Dental Associates is still closed as per Governor Wolf's orders. As always, if you are an established patient and have a true emergency, there is a Doctor on call. Please call the office and follow the instructions to contact the on call Doctor. We are experiencing some computer issues currently making it difficult to reach previously scheduled patients. Please know that we are trying our best to call everyone in a timely manner and we apologize for any inconvenience that this is/will cause. Stay safe!!!
