✨🦷 CCL Team Spotlight 🦷✨
Meet Hite, one of our wonderful Dental Hygienists. She joined the CCL Family Dentistry team a year and a half ago and has been making patients smile ever since!
What she loves most about working at CCL is the supportive, team-first culture. She appreciates that everyone is encouraged to ask questions, collaborate, and work together to find the best solutions and treatment plans for each patient. As Hite puts it, "Everyone is so nice and willing to help always!"
Originally from the small town of Clarksville, Virginia, Hite earned her dental hygiene degree from Old Dominion University and chose to stay in Hampton Roads to pursue her master's degree in dental hygiene education. She and her boyfriend enjoy building a life together and hope to have children (and a few pets) someday.
When she's not caring for patients, you'll likely find her listening to podcasts, binge-watching a great TV series, or trying a new restaurant with her partner and friends. During the summer, she loves heading back home to spend weekends on the lake with family and friends. She's also a big fan of karaoke, loves country and rock music, and has a serious weakness for chocolate... according to Hite, it's "almost a problem!"
Just for fun, Hite says if she were stranded on a deserted island, she'd want unlimited drinking water, a phone with great reception that never dies so she could call for help, and unlimited sunscreen because she's pale! Her dream vacation is Italy, and if she hosted her own talk show, her first guest would definitely be Dolly Parton. If she had to eat one meal for the rest of her life, it would be catfish (or just about any seafood), collard greens, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and a Dr Pepper. If she could be any animal, she'd choose a bird so she could fly and see the world.
