Mel, our treatment coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything orthodontics and took the time to explain everything in a way that both my daughter and I could understand. She walked us through the pros and cons of braces versus clear aligners and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She made the entire process so much easier and helped us feel confident in our decision. Dr. Seth was also so kind, friendly, and welcoming. You could immediately tell that we were in good hands. By the time we left, we knew we were going to cancel our consultation at the other orthodontic office and move forward with Senestraro.
