A few years ago, we talked as a team at Skyline about what it would take to be the absolute best in the field in the entire Pacific Northwest regarding full-arch implant surgery— although there were other places attempting to do these highly complex procedures, none of them were doing it with specialized and dedicated care held to the highest standard. This is a procedure where patients who have either lost their teeth or are at a state of losing their teeth due to chronic decay deemed unsalvageable by traditional dental expertise can have a complete restart by surgical implant placement and new teeth in just hour—it involves the collaboration of board certified, residency-trained oral surgeons to remove the remaining teeth, surgically recontouring and reshaping the upper and lower jaw bones and placement of anywhere from 4-6 titanium alloy implant posts into the each jaw followed by placement of a brand new, 3D printed set of teeth (which are constructed specifically to that patient’s soft tissue, bone structure, jaw shape and implant positioning) onto those implants that very same day.
