Excerpt from The Love Warrior

Hmm.. so many times we hear that Balance is all about removing things from our lives and boundaries. While all of that is true, we also need to tune in to what our bodies are telling us. If you are very still, your body lets you know where the pain is, the stuck energy is, and if you are out of balance.

If you play a meditation playlist, while wearing a sleep mask and laying still, you will feel the emotions that need to be heard, and stated out loud.

This is a step towards awareness and clarity of where you need to turn your attention to.

Please remember what are the most important things in your life especially for your heart. I've been doing some deep work lately and finding my true self underneath it all, the best gift with the biggest price tag I have ever given myself.

For those who are new to my social media...

Hi! I'm Lani Grass and I'm the founder of Wave of Women. I am a life and leadership coach. I have been coaching for over 14 years. Most of my clients are professional women- almost all are women dentists, executives or entrepreneurs.

I also am a corporate facilitator.

I work with my clients to find three things:

1. Clarity: To finally really know or be reintroduced to yourself again. We also discover what you really want.

2. Confidence: Connecting who you are and what you want so you feel like you are qualified is an inside job. Once you understand and accept this, you will have the confidence to move forward.

3. Courage: Courage is confidence in action. I help my clients get started and keep going to create the life and career they desire.

My vision: "Make women known for wisdom and strength."

If you are someone who wants to make an impact with women in dentistry, maybe it's time we connect and perhaps even collaborate if the feelings are mutual. I can't do this work alone.

That is a GREAT sign that your mind is processing what you believe and the new concept. Learn to be curious at this stage and engage more with the new information. The result could be the next level you!

Happy New Year!

This year make it a priority to be careful and mindful of the words you use in your life to describe yourself and your experiences. Using more abundant and generous words can be so powerful in your life.

Pay attention to situations that impacted you negatively before and look to reframe them with better words. Always look for the truth.

And it’s officially on! My favorite season of the year. I love it all, especially the lights, festive mood, the Christmas movies❤️
I own over 250 ornaments that I’ve collected and have been gifted or made for me over the last 30 years. When I see each one it reminds me of the time in my life it was attached to.
