"I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist. I went in today for a deep cleaning and had a panic attack during my appt. My dental tech was so understanding and kind about it, she gave me breaks and made a lot of considerations for me. I wasnt able to finish my appt, but we made a solid plan for my next appt and Im actually looking forward to going back.
