Graduated DMD from OHSU in 1993. Continuing education, mini residences, certifications, etc. in areas:

*Ortho beginning 1999

*Implants beginning 2002

*Endodontics beginning 1997

*Oral Surgery 1994

*IV sedation 2006

*Perio Surgery 1998

*Fellowship to the Academy of General Dentistry 2008

*300 hours continuing education course on implants "Maxi Course" 2009

*132 hours pain management course

*124 hours orthodontic courses

Dr. Little believes in his whole office getting "extra" education. His office manager, Catherine, was one of the first managers in the state to get her fellowship in dental office management through AADOM in 2010. All assistants area expanded function certified and currently are working on surgical anesthesia assisting licenses. All the while Dr. Little is married with three children. He has many hobbies from cabinetry to fishing when he has time. Oh, and throw him a wrench and he can rebuild your car's carburetor!

🦷 Future Dentists in the Office!

For the next few weeks, we'll have two pre-dental students joining us every Tuesday as they shadow our team and learn what life in dentistry is really like.

They'll get a behind-the-scenes look at patient care, technology, teamwork, and the day-to-day reality of running a dental practice.

One of the best parts of being in dentistry is helping the next generation discover whether this profession is the right fit for them. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and thoughtful questions have already made a great impression on our team.

We're excited to be part of their journey and look forward to sharing a few highlights along the way.

Who knows? Maybe one day we'll be calling them "Doctor." 😊

This is an air polisher — part of a more modern, biofilm-focused approach to dental hygiene.

Well… one chapter is ending and another one is beginning 💙
After many years of taking amazing care of patients, Kade is stepping away from clinical dentistry and starting an exciting new adventure. We’re going to miss him so much and wish him nothing but the best ❤️
At the same time, we’re excited to welcome Alex to the Fear Free Dental family!
Yes, he graduated at the top of his class 😎
But what truly stood out to us was his kindness, calm personality, and ability to connect with people.
Because great dentistry is about more than teeth — it’s about making people feel comfortable and cared for.
Over the last few weeks, Kade and Alex have been working side-by-side to make the transition smooth, and patients have already been sharing wonderful feedback 😊
