Dear Patients and Friends,

As you may have heard, Governor Brown recently announced new restrictions on social gatherings and other activities for our state and county. The restrictions announced do NOT place any new limits on dental care. As such, we will continue to have our office open and available to accommodate your dental needs.

Over the last several months, there have not been any COVID cases traced back to a dental office. The CDC and the American Dental Association have been monitoring this closely. In short, our screening and barrier methods have been proven to be extremely effective at preventing the spread of this virus. We want you to know that we take your health and that of our staff seriously, and will continue to proceed with caution and care.

Dear Patients and friends we are open once again for business, but thoughtfully and purposefully working at a slower pace to reduce traffic and keep social distancing in mind.

We are following appropriate local and federal guidelines for patients and for our staff. This will result in some changes you can expect if you have an appointment in the next few weeks/months. Please call us if you have specific questions or concerns. 503-771-2212

In light of the evolving pandemic and strong suggestions by our Governor, we have been closed for all non-emergent care. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, our families, our staff and community.

If you have an appointment scheduled with us during this period, our office likely has already contacted you to cancel your appointment. If not, we will be in contact with you shortly. Due to the unknown length of time that we will be closed we are currently not rescheduling at this time.

In the case of emergency situations, Dr. Lam is on call. If you need emergency dental care, please call our office at (503) 771-2212 and leave a voice mail as you normally would and one of us will contact you.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and the guidance from the county, state and the CDC. Again, please understand that we are making this decision with the health and well-being of our patients, our families, our team and our community in mind.

We thank you for your patience during this challenging time and wish all of you continued health.
