Today we are going to meet Alicia!! 💙🦷

Alicia is our Inventory Manager and has been part of the BFAA family for 15 years! 😁 She started as a Lab Tech, then worked as a Clinic Assistant before stepping into her current role. You may see her around the clinic or lab! 👋

Outside of work, Alicia is a proud mom of three and loves spending time with her family. 👩‍👧‍👦❤️ One of her children is currently receiving treatment here at BFAA, making her connection to our organization especially meaningful. 💙

Fun fact: Alicia met her husband of 11 years here at BFAA while getting an impression for a new upper clear retainer! 👏🏽💍😆

Mary is our Financial Coordinator at BFAA! 🦷📊

Mary has been part of the BFAA family for an incredible 20 years! 🎉👏 She’s also a proud mom of two sons and a loving grandma to her grandson, Conner. 👩‍👦‍👦💙👶

When Mary isn’t keeping the finances in order, you can find her traveling ✈️🌎, making memories with family 👨‍👩‍👦, and enjoying lots of special time with her grandson Conner! 🥰💙

Sam has been in the dental field for 19 years, including 10 wonderful years as a Clinical Assistant at Braces For All Ages. She’s now been a Treatment Coordinator for 1.5 years and absolutely loves the people she works with! 🥰🫶🏻

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 She’s been married to her husband, Joe, for 15 years 💍❤️ and is a proud mom to Aubrey & Lindsay 💕. Their family also includes their French Bulldog, Maverick! 🐶💙

📚🛍️ In her free time, Sam loves reading, shopping, and helping at her girls’ school. She’s also getting back into running!! 👏🏽

Kirstin is our Appointment Coordinator! 👏🏽 She has been with BFAA since 2024! We are so lucky to have Kirstin- she is the sweetest person and always makes people smile.

Kirstin has also been a Patient Manager in the clinic for a year! 🦷💙 We are always having the best laughs in the clinic with her✨. Kirstin loves spending time with family and friends!! — Since Kirstin was 5 years old she has showed horses competitively, her horses name is Hunter🐎🩷.

Leyla is the clinical coordinator here at BFAA💙🦷 she has been in the dental field for the past 4 years✨🪥 She loves being a part of BFAA and always makes sure everyone gets a good laugh throughout the day! 🩷😅

When Leyla is not working she spends her free time with family and friends! She is a cat mom to 3– Madelyn, Chevy, and Princess👑❤️ She is also obsessed with her boyfriend’s dog, Oscar(better known as “the Punkin Man”.) 🎃🐾

Reilly is our lab tech here at BFAA!! 🦷✨ When she’s not making retainers, Reilly is spending time with family! ♥️🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 She has 2 lab retrievers named Moose and Maeve 🐶🐶.

We are so excited and lucky to have Reilly here at BFAA- it has been so fun getting to know her and seeing her thrive in the office!! 🦷💙

Fun fact: Reilly graduated in 2021 from Crown Point HS. Even more exciting is that she got engaged this summer❤️💍

Haley was our sterilization tech for the past 2 years and currently she is our newest clinical assistant! 🎉🦷

Outside of the office Haley loves spending time outdoors and golfing with family and friends⛳️😆
She is a proud dog mom to her 3 pups: Max, Oscar, and Coors🐶🐶🐶
