Think you need a big strip of toothpaste?

❌ You don't!

✅ A pea-sized amount is all you need.

✨ Fluoride does the work—not the foam.

🦷 More toothpaste doesn't clean better...

It just makes more bubbles!

💙 Small amount. Big protection.

🪥 Before Breakfast or After?
Here's Why Timing Matters!

Did you know brushing BEFORE breakfast may be better for your teeth than brushing after?

While you sleep, saliva production decreases, allowing bacteria to build up in your mouth overnight. That "morning breath" is actually a sign that bacteria have been busy creating acids while you sleep.

Brushing first thing in the morning:
✔️ Removes bacteria and acids that accumulated overnight
✔️ Coats your teeth with fluoride to help strengthen and protect enamel
✔️ Creates a cleaner, healthier start before food and drinks hit your teeth

If you brush immediately after eating breakfast, especially after acidic foods or drinks like orange juice, coffee, fruit, or sparkling water, you may be brushing when your enamel is temporarily softened by acid. Brushing too soon can increase enamel wear over time.

Tip: Always wait at least 30 minutes after consuming acidic foods or drinks before brushing. This gives your saliva time to help neutralize acids and allows your enamel to reharden.

Acid Attack🚨

Many sparkling waters are acidic, which can slowly wear down enamel over time. Add in citrus flavors like lemon or lime, and the acid levels can be even higher.

Here’s how to help protect your smile while still enjoying the bubbles:
• Drink it with meals instead of sipping all day
• Use a straw when possible
• Rinse with water afterward
• Wait 30 minutes before brushing

Your teeth love hydration… just not the constant acid bath 😅

Can we fix it?😬
Yes we can!!!💙

When something stops working in the office and instead of calling the repair guy… we suddenly become engineers, electricians, and professional “wiggle the cord until it works” experts 😂🦷
