Dr Chang and Staff continuing to practice social distancing where allowed & proper protocol's. We want you to know that we have the best interest of our patients, staff and doctor's at heart. In order to help keep our patients and staff well, please remember the following:
•No additional people are permitted in the office unless a minor with 1 guardian
