Important Schedule Update for Patients & Community Members

In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, all main Honor Community Health locations will be closed on Monday.

However, our Oakland 360 Care Center will remain OPEN during normal business hours from 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM to continue serving patients who may need care or support.

All sites will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, during normal business hours.

As we enjoy the holiday weekend, we also take time to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country
