Choosing the right snacks is SO IMPORTANT for our ✨LiTtLe OnEs ✨DENTAL HEALTH ‼️

🍭🍫🍩🍬🍪🍫🍭🍩🍪🍬

⭐️STICKY CANDY
⭐️CRACKERS , CHEESE-ITS , GOLDFISH
⭐️PRETZELS
⭐️CHIPS
⭐️COOKIES

All of these are VERY STICKY and love to get STUCK in the GrOoVes of our TeEtH which can eventually cause CAVITIES‼️ Remembering to 🪥BrUsH🪥After these snacks is sooo important ‼️

LESS STICKY snacks like 🍦ICECREAM and 🍫CHOCOLATE are a great option that wash away easy with drinking water 😍
