All of these are VERY STICKY and love to get STUCK in the GrOoVes of our TeEtH which can eventually cause CAVITIES‼️ Remembering to 🪥BrUsH🪥After these snacks is sooo important ‼️

LESS STICKY snacks like 🍦ICECREAM and 🍫CHOCOLATE are a great option that wash away easy with drinking water 😍
