Here is a case where we restored three of the patients upper anterior teeth, removing recurrent decay and making them slightly shorter for esthetics. On her lower anterior teeth, we did zirconia crowns on her canines and two implants supporting a 4 unit bridge to replace her failing lower incisors. We equilibrated the patient's bite when completed, to give her excellent function to match the esthetics. Here is an implant that I was able to restore with a Cerec milled Emax screw-retained crown in one day for a patient. It is an excellent esthetic result and the patient did not have to wait three weeks to get his restoration from the lab.
