To our valued patients:
As of Mon June 08, we're happy to announce our re-opening, for regular dental care.
We will be initially be limiting the number of daily appointments, as we return to regular capacity.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to schedule appointments.
We have also made several enahancements to our method of providing care, in regards to safety and social distancing:
* Patients will be asked to call (or text) upon arrival, to check-in for their visit;
* Patients are requested to wait in the parking area, in order to minimize foot traffic inside the office;
* We will use a return call / text to welcome you into the office, without need to utilize the waiting room;
* All patient rooms have been outfitted with air purifier units;
* All members of our clinical staff now utilize PPE, including N95 masks and faceshields;
* Front office staff now utiliize masks and sneezeguard, during checkout procedures;
* Our credit card terminal now supports touchless "tap to pay" chipcards;
* We also now support online payments, from our smartphone-accessible website;
* As before, patient rooms and all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to seating the patient.
* As before, all instruments including x-ray sensors are thoroughly sanitized prior to use, via hospital-grade high heat steam autoclaves.
* As before, our steam autoclave equipment units are tested daily, via 3rd-party monitoring service.
In addition, we kindly require ALL patients to arrive at our location wearing a face covering or mask.
Upon entering, patients will be asked to cleanse their hands, using provided hand sanitizer (80% alcohol).
Our staff will use a digital thermometer to perform a touchless temperature check, and give a quick verbal health screening.
(Note: if you have experienced recent symptoms, or believe you have been exposed to Covid-19, we request advance notice, so that non-emergency care can be re-scheduled.)
Whew!, with that out of the way, we look forward to serving you. And remember, as before -- and as always -- regular dental care is an important part of your overall health!!
