Another smile correction. We restored years of tooth wear and uneven bite in 2 clinical apppointments, 3d modeling and bite reprogramming. Waterlase Erbium laser was used to correct gum margins and inflamed tissue. All crowns are fabricated in house with exocad, milled and custom stained on 3D printed jig before delivery.

Another smile makeover... we corrected severe bite colapse and traumatized teeth by restoring the natural bite height, balancing bite contacts and teeth proportions. Gum correction is done by Erbium laser. Multiple design software and LAB level CNC milling was used to fabricate crowns. Fabrication process also included custom shading and stain on 3d printed predelivery model. Ex*****on of the plan including teeth and gum prep, digital scanning and digital rearticulation, finalizing design, and ALL manufacturing steps and delivery was done in a SINGLE appointment and took around 5.5 hours. Our patient was on the chair and in the clinic for less than 2.5 hours. We love doing dentistry and addressing complicated cases like this. We have our patient permission to share this cropped before and right after delivery pictures.

Smile transformation in just one visit!
This before and after showcases upper crowns, designed,CNC milled and delivered in a single appointment. The "After" photo was taken immediately following delivery.We did an Erbium laser gum level correction surgery as part of the planned procedure.
From Start to finish: just 3.5 hours. our patient went home, rested and came back for delivery within the 3.5 hours window! Our patient wanted a lighter tooth shade for the crowns.
We love seeing our patients' reaction when they look in the mirror for the first time :)
