🦷 Please Join Us in Welcoming Our New Dentist, Dr. Vilson Merkaj! 🎉
We’re excited to welcome Vilson Merkaj, DDS to our dental family!
Dr. Merkaj is passionate about providing optimized, individualized, and up-to-date care, with a goal of exceeding patient expectations and helping everyone achieve lasting dental wellness. His patient-focused approach centers on easing dental anxiety, eliminating pain and infection, and restoring beautiful, healthy smiles. One of his favorite parts of dentistry is building meaningful relationships with patients from all walks of life.
A Metro Detroit native, Dr. Merkaj completed his undergraduate studies at Wayne State University, earned a Master’s Degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Detroit Mercy Dental. He’s committed to lifelong learning and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education, including an intensive seven-month implant course.
Outside the office, Dr. Merkaj enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. He’s an avid reader and stays active by playing basketball and soccer.
