Celebrating 9 years with Sophia!🎉

Sophia started at Sonnenberg one week after graduating college, not knowing ABA would become such a big part of her life. “I truly never thought that 9 years later this job would lead me to my passion.”

When Sophia thinks about what has meant the most to her, she points to growth. Not just for Sonnenberg, but for the people here, too. “We have so many opportunities for growth and once a pathway is available for you, everyone will do everything they can to get you to your goal.”

She has seen a lot change in 9 years, from a much smaller team to the systems, spaces, and routines we have today. “It honestly blows my mind how we have grown into where we are today.”

Sophia, thank you for 9 years of showing up with care, humor, and heart. We are so grateful you are part of Sonnenberg!

That’s something we care about when we set up our spaces. We want people to walk into rooms that feel welcoming, comfortable, and interesting right away.

Not perfect. Not fancy. Just made for them to actually use. Can you picture it here?

The spaces we're in matter, during Mental Health Month and throughout the year. A room can help someone feel relaxed and ready to engage as soon as they step in. They set the tone before anyone says a word.
