Complete smile makeover using porcelain crowns and veneers. This patient had severe erosion and extensive decay on every posterior tooth. I was able to re-establish a normal bite and widen the smile for this natural result.

Complete smile transformation . Patient cried of joy after this one 😀. I completed the surgery from 11am-1:30pm. 11 broken and decayed teeth extracted, bone level adjusted for preparation of dental implant placement, 5 dental implants placed and bone grafting completed. Next 30 minutes were used to convert a premade prosthesis onto implants. Patient then returns at 3pm to have the prosthesis screwed into the implants after final polishing of prosthetic is completed by in-house technician. No denture glue and no cups of water by the sink.

This is the result from an all-on-x procedure. Patient presented to the office with missing and decayed teeth. I was able to extract all remaining teeth, place implants in the top and bottom jaws and have the patient leave with natural looking teeth screwed into the implants. No dentures and no adhesive. This is truly a life changing procedure for patients without teeth.
