Dr. Linda is a Florida native who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida before completing her Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of Florida.

Dr. Linda is passionate about helping children build healthy, confident smiles and creating positive dental experiences for every patient she meets.

Outside the office, Dr. Linda and her husband, Ken, who is also in the dental field, enjoy traveling, hosting friends and family, trying new restaurants, and spending time with their beloved dog, Bubba.

It’s Children’s Dental Health Month, and we’re on a mission to fight sugar bugs 🦠🪥 Healthy smiles start early, and little habits make a BIG difference. Here are 4 things every parent should know:

✔️ First dental visit by age 1
✔️ Brush 2x a day with fluoridated toothpaste
✔️ Floss as soon as teeth touch
✔️ Water > juice (your teeth will thank you!)

Cavities are the most common childhood disease — but they’re also one of the most preventable 🙌

Stages of Teeth Development 🧐
👶🏽At around 6 mo of age a babies teeth will begin to come in
🦷 Most children will have a full set of 20 baby teeth
👧🏼 Age 5-7 children will begin to lose their bottom & top teeth- followed by the eruption of the adult successors
😬 Age 12 - by this age usually all baby teeth are lost
🦷 Age 12-14 usually all adult teeth will be in with exception of wisdom teeth

This time line is what is generally common - it can variate with early or later exfoliation and eruption from child to child - source: AAPD
