Dear Patients,
Due to the COVID-19 government and CDC guidelines, our office is currently closed until further notice. This is a precautionary measure to keep our patients and staff safe during this difficult and uncertain time, where we are all taking part in fighting this world-wide epidemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. We were previously anticipating a late April opening, but it appears that this will likely be pushed back to late May, and is open to change. We are monitoring federal and state guidelines daily for any updates.
Please note, we are still seeing emergency patients according to the guidelines set out by the Texas State Dental Board, and the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. If you believe you are having a dental or jaw related emergency, please contact us at 972-505-2210. Though we will only be in the office during limited hours, as needed, our phone lines are open, and we are available for you. If we do not pickup, please leave a message and clearly state your name, your call back number, and the reason you are calling, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you do need to be seen, please know that we are doing everything we can to make sure we limit your risk of exposure by disinfecting counter tops, door k***s, chairs, and pens between every patient; we are also trying to limit overlap of patient appointments to clear up our waiting room for you; and we are ensuring that all our staff wear masks upon your arrival, and to refrain from shaking hands. Please notify our staff, prior to your arrival, if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, body ache, difficulty breathing, or if you have recently traveled abroad, or domestic, or have been exposed to anyone who had the above symptoms within the past 3 weeks.
Let us join together to overcome this unbelievable challenge that is upon all of us. Please be safe and healthy, and let’s all do our part in restoring our lives and restoring our country. You are in our prayers.
I look forward to the day when this is all behind us.
God Bless,
Dr. Phil J. Kim, and all your PCOMS staff
