Our Dr. Smile office is equipped with technology for creating a negative air space around the oral cavity as well as HEPA filter for air purification. For dental procedures that may produce aerosols, our new external suction machine combined with the intra oral suctions can remove up to 95% of droplets around the mouth. We have placed multiple HEPA filter air purifiers in our office and between each room to capture 99.97% of airborne particles. We have invested in equipment with your safety in mind. Our normal dental operations will now be suspended through Friday, May 8th to keep compliance with Governor Abbot’s executive order. Dr. Smile Dentistry update 3/22/2020:

To keep compliance with Governor Abbott's executive order, we will be suspending our normal dental operations through Tuesday, April 21.

During this time, we are permitted to attend to patients experiencing dental issues that if left untreated, could lead to "serious adverse medical consequences or death." (https://gov.texas.gov/uploads/files/press/EO-GA_09_COVID-19_hospital_capacity_IMAGE_03-22-2020.pdf)
