1️. Brush with the right technique (not just more often)
Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and angle it 45° toward the gumline. Gentle, circular motions help remove plaque under the gums without causing recession or sensitivity. Brush for 2 full minutes, twice a day, using fluoride toothpaste.

2. Clean between teeth daily (floss or water flosser)
Plaque and bacteria love hiding where brushes can’t reach. Daily flossing or a water flosser helps prevent:
- Gum inflammation
- Bleeding gums
- Bone loss around teeth
This step is key for preventing gum disease, even if your teeth “feel clean.”

3️. Don’t skip professional cleanings & exams
Even perfect home care can’t remove hardened plaque (tartar). Regular dental visits allow us to:
