Hello Parkhaven Dental Care Family. I hope this message finds you well. I am very excited to inform you that we are adding a new doctor to our practice. Dr. Anthony Dang is a friend of mine who I have been recruiting for some time to come and work with us. As our practice has grown over the last 40 years, we have been able to provide great care for our patients. I’m confident Dr. Dang will help us continue this tradition. Hi everyone! I’m Dr. Dang. It’s such an honor to be part of the Parkhaven Dental Care family. I’ve practiced previously for six years in Fort Worth, TX, and now, I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve you.
I grew up in a small suburb outside Memphis, TN. As kids, I remember spending hours after school with my brother, trapped in the extra room of my dad’s medical office. It was filled with enormous stacks of boxes and a tiny TV. I guess it wasn’t too bad because we both followed in his footsteps and later became doctors ourselves. I moved to Texas to attend The University of Texas at Austin, earning a degree in finance, and afterwards, I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the school that’s now known as Texas A&M University School of Dentistry.
Shortly after dental school, I was blessed with the wonderful opportunity to serve as a volunteer dentist on a mission trip to Vietnam, where our team traveled to a number of orphanages and rural villages. I met many beautiful children there, some abandoned for their illnesses, yet still smiling and full of joy. I love being a dentist because I believe my creativity, my meticulousness, and my compassion are gifts given to me, and using those gifts to serve others is an incredible honor. My work feels meaningful, and I love seeing people smile.
I’ve always strived to provide the highest quality of care for my patients, treating each person like family. I’m constantly educating myself every day to improve and to become the best dentist I can be. I want to ensure your dental experience here with me is comfortable and easy. I look forward to taking care of you, alongside this great team, as I embark on this new journey in my career.- Dr. Anthony Dang
