The mouthwash mistake almost everyone makes, and almost no one knows about. π«§
Here's what's happening: you brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride is the ingredient that actively strengthens and remineralizes your enamel. But it needs time to work - it has to sit on your teeth and absorb.
When you immediately rinse with mouthwash, you wash all of it away. Your entire brushing session just became significantly less effective.
The fix is simple:
π¦· Floss first
π¦· Brush - and just spit when you're done, don't rinse
π¦· Use mouthwash at a completely separate time - after lunch works great
That's it. Same products. Better order. Better results.
