This week, our Community Health Representative, Tatyana Denny, found a nutritious Moroccan beet salad, thoughtfully selected as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the health and well-being of our community.

Tatyana takes time to research recipes and ingredients that taste great and can offer meaningful health benefits. This week's featured salad was packed with colorful, nutrient-rich ingredients designed to nourish both body and spirit.

Why beets?

Beets can:
- Support heart health and healthy blood pressure
- Provide antioxidants that may help reduce inflammation
