Welcome to Good to Grow!
We are one of New England’s only pediatric dental practices fully dedicated to airway, early ortho, and frenectomy.

Our patients come to us for sleep disordered breathing, teeth grinding, early airway orthodontics, braces, Invisalign®, myofunctional therapy, tongue ties and lip ties (frenectomy), dental wellness check-ups and cleanings, and cavity prevention.

Good to Grow’s mission is to help children thrive during their main development years. We do this by screening children earlier. Why wait to fix problems when they’re older and done growing when you can prevent their suffering altogether?

It’s time for traditional dental thinking to evolve and we are so glad you are here!

Did you know the roof of your child’s mouth is actually the floor of their nose?

When we gently expand the palate, we’re not just improving their smile, we’re opening up the nasal airway and increasing the volume of air they can breathe in!

More airflow.
Better sleep.
Healthier development.

And timing matters more than most parents realize. By age 9, 70% of jaw growth is already complete. Starting airway-focused orthodontic treatment early, while your child’s palate is still growing and malleable, means better outcomes, fewer interventions, and a lifetime of easier breathing!

If you’ve been wondering whether your child might benefit from airway-focused dentistry, this is your sign to find out. 💕

At Good To Grow we are serving families locally and welcoming patients from across the U.S!

Is your child struggling with sleep?
It could be more than just a phase!

Many parents overlook the subtle signs of Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB), a condition that can impact a child’s growth, behavior, and overall well-being.

If your child experiences any of these symptoms, it may be time to take a closer look:
✅ Restless sleep (tossing & turning all night)
✅ Snoring or noisy breathing during sleep
✅ Waking up tired, even after a full night’s rest
✅ Frequent irritability or mood swings
✅ Bedwetting beyond the expected age
✅ Slower growth compared to peers
✅ Struggling with learning, focus, or attention
✅ Constant mouth breathing (even when awake)
✅ Behavioral issues, including hyperactivity or difficulty concentrating
✅ Frequent headaches, especially in the morning

Why does this happen? Sleep Disordered Breathing often results from airway obstruction, or structural issues affecting proper airflow. When left untreated, it can lead to long-term developmental and health challenges.
What can you do? If your child shows multiple signs, don’t ignore them! A pediatric airway evaluation can help identify the root cause and provide treatment options to improve their sleep and overall health.

Does Your Child Fight Sleep Every Night?

You might be brushing it off as a "phase," but mom (and dad), your instincts are worth listening to!

While bedtime battles can be a normal part of childhood, they're also one of the most commonly overlooked signs of Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB). This is a condition that affects far more children than most parents realize.

Here's what else to watch for:
👉 Mouth breathing during sleep
👉 Snoring or gasping
👉 Restless tossing and turning
👉 Bedwetting beyond toddler years
👉 Difficulty focusing or hyperactivity during the day

These aren't just sleep problems... they are airway problems. And when left unaddressed, they can impact your child's growth, development, behavior, and long-term health.

The good news?
Early intervention changes everything! Airway-focused pediatric orthodontics isn't just about straight teeth, it's about giving your child the ability to breathe, sleep, and thrive!
