Our son had a terrible experience at a different company where he received a very long cut to his leg from the provider cutting his mold off wrong. Needless to say, he was traumatized. He would start to panic if we even drove close to the facility where this happened. His braces did not fit, and we couldn’t go back to get them fixed without him being panicked.

Fast forward one year and he is all smiles in his braces. He even ran over to give Dustin a hug the day we picked up his braces. It’s a night and day difference. 🇺🇸 Why We Observe Memorial Day

Memorial Day 2026 is on Monday, May 25.

is an American holiday, observed on the last Monday of May, honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military.

🔴 The holiday was originally called Decoration Day because people would decorate the gravesites of fallen soldiers with flowers, American flags or other tributes.

⚪️ A tradition since the 1860s, Memorial Day only became a federal holiday in 1971.

🔵 Whereas Memorial Day commemorates deceased U.S. soldiers, Veterans Day honors all former members of the military with an emphasis on living veterans.

Check out the Three Rivers Adaptive Sports 2026 ​Cycling Program!

Novice and experienced cyclists are welcome to join in on one or all the rides. TRAS has an assortment of adaptive cycles including hand cycles and recumbent (foot pedaled) trikes available to accommodate a variety of riders. Each cyclist will ride along with volunteer support and will be able to ride at their own pace.
