🚨 CRACKED TOOTH PSA! 🚨

➡️ It has come to my attention that over the last couple of weeks, I’ve seen more cracked teeth than usual! 😬🦷😩

So, this is your friendly reminder to be careful with those teeth when you’re munching on:

🥜 Whole almonds
🥜 Trail mix
🥜 Granola bars or loose granola
🥨 Hard pretzels
🍿 Popcorn — especially those half-popped kernels!
🔥 Fireballs
🍬 Jolly Ranchers and other hard candies

And I especially have a personal dislike for Jolly Ranchers—not only because they’re hard and sticky, but because they’re also a choking hazard. There, I said it. 😂

👻 Halloween 🎃 also presents its own problems! 🍭🍬🍫🍭🍬🍫🍭🍬🍫

We would really like you to keep your teeth for as long as you’re on this earth! Let’s help each other out so we can leave this world with as many teeth as we were given! 🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷…and so forth!!!

And, if you do have a tooth that needs attention, “put your money where your mouth is!” 😜

Get that crown 👑 you need BEFORE you need a root canal AND a crown… or worse, an extraction! 😳⬆️😖

Remember: Cracked Tooth Syndrome is serious—and you don’t even need to have a cavity ⚫️ to crack 🔨a tooth!

Take care of those chompers, people. They’re supposed to last a lifetime!
❤️🦷🧡🦷💛🦷💚🦷🩵🦷💙🦷💜🦷🤎

You’re welcome:) 😉

What a great way to start the school 🏫 year—brushing, flossing, and keeping those pesky Sugar Bugs 🐛 at bay!

Keep up the great work, and keep those smiles shining! ✨😁✨
Add more sparkle ✨ to the world… SMILE! 💖😁💖

🎉 Congratulations to our August “No-Cavity Club” WINNER ! 🦷✨🦷

Kudos to these kiddos who are learning great oral hygiene habits at a young age—setting themselves up for a lifetime of healthy smiles! 😁🪥😃

Remember, keep those sugar bugs 🐛 at bay with lots of brushing, flossing, and smart choices! 🦷🪥🦷

Keep smiling, my friends 😉

🎉 Congratulations to our LAST August “No-Cavity Club” members! ✨🦷✨

Every day of brushing and flossing makes a world of difference—and that difference will definitely be appreciated in the years ahead! 🙌

Sugar bugs live in everyone’s mouth, but with a little daily effort, you can keep them from feasting on those sugary leftovers hanging around on your teeth. 🐜🍭🦠

And remember… sticky foods are the WORST! They cling to your teeth and give those sugar bugs plenty of time to party! 😂🎊🥳

And as I’ve said before… Fruit Roll-Ups contain NO real fruit!
Just sayin’. 😜

Keep brushing, keep flossing, and keep those sugar bugs under control! SMILE! 😁

💕Thank you, everyone, who takes the time to read these posts (and sees how crazy I am about my grandchildren.)💕

Congratulations to our latest August “No-Cavity Club” members! 🦷🏆🦷

These folks have successfully battled the dreaded Sugar Bugs using the most powerful weapons known to dentistry: TOOTHBRUSH + FLOSS! 🪥🧵💪

The Sugar Bugs never stood a chance! 🪥———————>💥🐛🦠😂

👏👏👏Bravo, my friends! Keep brushing, keep flossing, and keep those little sugar monsters OUT! 👏🦷✨

08/05/2026

🎉 Congratulations to our JULY “No-Cavity Club” WINNER! 🎉

A big round of applause to everyone who keeps those sneaky sugar bugs from setting up camp! 🦠🚫 Every time you brush, floss, and make healthy choices, you’re reminding those little troublemakers that they’re not welcome here.

And yes… enjoy the fruit! 🍎🍓 Nature’s sweets are much kinder to your smile than sticky, sugary treats.

Remember, healthy habits today lead to healthy smiles tomorrow. Keep up the great work—and keep SMILING! 😁🦷

08/01/2026

🎉 Congratulations to our final July “No-Cavity Club” members! 🎉

These smiling superstars have officially served the sugar bugs an eviction notice! 🦷👏

The truth is, you’ll never get rid of every sugar bug 🐛 in your mouth—but you can refuse to let them move in. Don’t let plaque become their neighborhood, and don’t let tartar build luxury condominiums with waterfront views on your teeth! 😂

Brush. Floss. Visit your dentist. 🦷 Keep those unwanted tenants homeless!

Way to go, July winners! You proved that a little daily effort 🪥🪥🪥goes a long way toward a healthy ✨smile. Keep up the great work! 😁
