She then earned her D.M.D degree from Temples Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she was valedictorian of her class. Dr. Barroner's commitment to excellence is evident through her participation in volunteer opportunities and her election to the dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Her specialized training in anesthesiology and oral surgery was completed at prestigious institutions, including Wishard Hospital and the University of Rochester. At Elevated Oral & Implant Surgery, we're proud to have Dr. Navneet Gill, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr. Gill completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. She provides the full scope of oral surgery, including wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, IV sedation, and corrective jaw surgery.

Her philosophy is simple: listen first, treat with excellence, and leave every patient better than when they arrived.

Outside the office, Dr. Gill enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog, Mellow, while cheering on Pittsburgh sports—and, of course, her beloved Buffalo Bills!
