Downtown Dental, the office of Shane Hensley DMD , will be closed again today Tuesday Jan 16th 2024 due to hazardous road conditions. We are trying to reach all our scheduled patients to let them know and we will get you guys rescheduled as soon as we are all able to safely make it back to the office. Everyone be safe today.

Dr Hensley’s office will be closed today Monday January 15th 2024 due to weather. Sorry for any inconvenience . Appears if tmrw will be the same but will post an update later for Tuesday the 16th. Update for Monday April 13, 2020. The power to our building is out due to the massive wind storm that came through our area last night. In speaking with some utility workers, it’s going to be out most of the day so unfortunately we will not be in today. We will attempt to come in tmrw April 14, 2020 from 9-12 to see emergencies. We will try to update here on FB this evening if power is restored. Thank you!! Stay Safe everyone.

Update for April 13, 2020. Unfortunately there is no power in most of the city which includes our building. In speaking with some utilities workers the power is gonna be out most of the day. We will attempt to be open tmrw April 14, 2020 from 9-12am to see emergencies. I will try to update on power situation this evening. Thank you and everyone stay safe.

Due to the state mandated precautions concerning Covid-19, Downtown Dental will be open on Mondays 9-12 seeing emergency patients until further notice. Dr. Hensley will be working on a first come first serve basis. You can leave a message at office 433-1488 to which we will respond as soon as possible or you can also reach us via fb messenger. We will be checking messenger often. Thank you to all of our patients for choosing Downtown Dental. Unfortunately, this is our new normal. Praying for all the safety of our patients, first responders, nurses, doctors, and all of those on the front lines of this pandemic. 💚💚💚💚

Due to mandates made by the State and KDA effective March 20,2020 our office will be closed for at least 2 weeks if not longer until the COVID-19 situation has ceased. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone for understanding.
If you have an emergency you can send us a message and we will do everything we can to get back in touch with you as soon as possible. We will be in office limited hours next week for emergencies only. Once again thank you for understanding.

The office of Downtown Dental have been monitoring cases of COVID-19 and following CDC guidelines. It’s our top priority for the health and well being of our patients and staff. We have implemented CDC protocols and public health authorities to limit potential spread and exposure.
If you or anyone you have regular contact with has a fever, cough, have recently traveled , and or exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please let our office staff know so we can reschedule your appointment. Also, please do not bring any family members with you to your appointment if they are ill, pregnant, immunocompromised or any other under lying illnesses.
Also, we highly suggest unless it’s a case of emergency anyone 60+ and or currently pregnant postpone appointments at this time. Just for precautionary reasons.

The most effective way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is through proper hygiene and hand washing. Please feel free to contact our office should you have further questions about an upcoming appointment.
