October is National Dental Hygiene Month!!

A few tips to help keep our mouths, healthy:

Brush your teeth twice a day for at least two minutes, and remember to brush your tongue.

Use care with acidic beverages, like orange juice, and carbonated drinks to not rest on your teeth for too long.

Sugary foods left on your teeth for too long, can cause cavities, so snack responsibly!

Check your mouth for red or white discolorations, bleeding, sores, or bumps and be sure to consult your dentist if you have concerns. 

See your dentist for regular scheduled check ups and cleanings every six months.
