Birk Family Dentistry is TWO! 🎉 And we had a great time celebrating yesterday.

We are so incredibly thankful for the patients and families who have trusted us with their care over the past two years. Getting to be part of the North Phoenix community has meant so much to our entire team.

To celebrate, we’re having a few fun raffles throughout September!

Why does my tooth hurt when I bite down? 😣

There are a few different reasons this can happen. Sometimes it’s related to a cavity, a small crack, inflammation, or even the way your bite is coming together.

The important thing is that if a tooth keeps hurting when you chew, it’s worth having it looked at. You don’t have to wait until your next cleaning to mention it.

There’s something special about working alongside people you genuinely enjoy. 🤎

We feel incredibly lucky to have Deanna and Jana as part of our hygiene team. They’re both wonderful at what they do, care deeply about their patients, and bring so much to our office every single day.

But one of the things we’re most grateful for is how well our entire team works together. We support each other, learn from each other, laugh together, and step in wherever we’re needed.

We believe that kind of teamwork matters. When you have a team that genuinely enjoys working together, you can feel it when you walk through the door.

We’re pretty lucky around here. 🤎

Please join us in welcoming Kim to Birk Family Dentistry! 🎉

Kim joins our team as a Hygienist and we can’t wait for you to meet her. When we asked Kim to share five things about herself with all of you, this is what she shared:

1. I have been a hygienist for almost 14 years.

2. My husband and I live in Phoneix with our three kids Ethan, Beckham, and Alice. We are a busy household who prioritizes family time and connection. We love exploring the beautiful state of Arizona on our downtime, and we’re always looking out for our next family adventure!

3. I love to cook, read, and hike.

4. I want my patients to feel cared for and attended to when they sit in my chair. It is my priority to provide comfortable, quality care to everyone that I meet!

5. My favorite part about being a dental hygienist is having the ability to improve the health of others through education and quality care.

We are so excited for our patients to meet her! We have the most incredible hygienists, and we are so thankful. 🥹

We had a great ladies in dentistry night out with Canyon Ridge Dental Specialists Same Day Emergencies last night! 🥹

We value the work we do together but, it’s always great to spend time together outside of work too!
