6 years later we finally touched up Alicia’s lips. It is hard to believe her May 2020 lip treatment lasted this long, but it was finally time to get them back to OMG! She loves a defined Cupid’s bow and we concentrated on definition without as much volume. I think we hit a home run! Filler is 1.2cc Versa+

Last week I got to share my birthday with my “Bday Buddy” Julie. She makes everything more fun and lives life the way we all hope we can live it in our retirement! She decided I am gonna retire, and then find my favorite job and sort of retire! Then every couple weeks I am going to go on little trips, then epic trips, make everyone jealous half her age because she travels with 30 girlfriends on cruises and Mexico trios. Her heart is big, and so is her smile and I am so glad she found her favorite boss to celebrate her special day with….we love you Julie and I need you to celebrate many more with me until I sort of retire!

Sleep apnea is a growing condition affecting the sleep and health of many Americans. It is often a comorbid with heart disease, obesity, and other conditions. 20,000-40,000 people die annually from sleep apnea and this case below is how I treat it in my office. The graph above demonstrates the loudness and intensity the night before I delivered his sleep apnea appliance. The graph below it shows normal breathing and sleeping patterns. This 24 hour incredible change is also demonstrated by the patient reporting increased energy and overall better health. We celebrated America’s birthday last week before I left for San Francisco at our favorite Mexican Restaurant. America is my quiet hard worker that is so attentive and kind to those she works with and those we treat in the office. We did it! 2025 is in the books and now it is time to enjoy our families and friends for the Holidays. We hope your family is all together this Christmas enjoying the the blessings all around us. We will be returning Jan 5th, 2026 to kick off the New Year.
