Severe anterior open bite and a very narrow upper arch at the start, now a broad, functional smile with everything coming together the way it should 🙌

In just over two years, he stayed consistent with his rubber bands and it made all the difference. This case was a unique one, we made the decision to remove a pair of lower molars and fully close the space rather than go down the route of root canals and crowns. The end result is stable, healthy, and built to last 💪
